Bios
Stephanie Martin joined Greylock Federal Credit Union as a contact center representative in 2012. She excelled in helping members identify solutions and proved to be an adept problem solver. She earned her CCUFC certification in 2016, served as Assistant Branch Manager of Greylock’s West Street branch, and has been a Financial Wellness coach, fulltime, since 2018. Currently, Stephanie oversees the Safety Net loan program, coaching assignments and database maintenance, plus enjoys teaching opportunities through both in-person and virtual classes/trainings.
Stephanie has always been heavily involved in the community and currently serves on the boards of Camp Howe, Berkshire Community Action Council, and Youth Center, Inc. Berkshire County natives and residents, Stephanie and her husband have three children.
Rebecca Beron joined Greylock Federal Credit Union in 2008 and has held multiple positions throughout the branch network. She is currently the Assistant Branch Manager at the Merrill Rd Branch, assisting members with the daily banking activities and overseeing a busy branch environment. In 2016 she earned her CCUFC certification as a Certified Financial Counselor. In both of these roles, she assists individuals and families in our community on their way to financial wellness through individual counseling and group classes on topics of budget, credit, and debt management.
Rebecca has been very involved throughout our community. She is the immediate past president of Junior League of Berkshire County and current secretary of the Central Berkshire Habitat Homebuyer Selection Committee. She is also a 2019 recipient of Berkshire Community College’s 40 under Forty award. Rebecca grew up in Stockbridge and currently resides in Pittsfield with her husband, Harry.
Lynn Wallace joined Greylock Federal Credit Union as a representative in Asset Quality in 2013. In this position she assists members during financial hardships. She earned her CCUFC certification in 2016 and since also serves GFCU as a Financial Wellness coach. Currently, Lynn leads in the Financial Literacy Program with Berkshire County House of Corrections that provides inmates nearing release a financial education and offers financial mentorship upon their release.
Lynn has always been heavily involved in the community as a lifelong resident. In the past she was Founder and Secretary of the Berkshire Brewing Heritage (nonprofit) and currently serves on the boards of the Pittsfield Police Advisory and Review Board as well as Chair of WOA and Co-Chair of Programs for Berkshire Business & Professional Women. She resides in Pittsfield with her husband, son, puppy, cat and snake.
