Guest Speaker and Description

With females being in the minority within top decision-making levels, how do women create the connections that allow them to grow as leaders? How do they gain the skills and support to move up the ranks? Join us this month as we discuss how mentorship supports women throughout their career lifecycles, from college students to emerging leaders to top executives.

We will hear from Beth Wallace, Dean of Students at Berkshire Community College and her mentee Liliana Atanacio ‘18 on how their relationship has helped Liliana succeed in college and transition into the workforce. Also joining the panel is Linda Dulye, President and Founder Dulye & Co and her mentee, Kate Lauzon on how their relationship helps to navigate the challenges of being an emerging leader in the community.

Mentorship is a key driver of success, yet women can have a harder time finding mentors, especially ones with influence. Women who are mentored by women feel more supported and are often more satisfied with their career. We look forward to seeing you in March so you can learn how mentorship, regardless of the stage in your career, can pay off in the end. Who knows, you may even leave the meeting with a new connection!

Also! 15th Annual Suit YourSelf Donation Drive

We are also sponsoring a business clothing drive at this dinner meeting. So use this opportunity to get a jump start on your spring closet cleaning and help people in our community gain employment.

Please consider donating gently-used unneeded business attire, shoes, bags, scarves, belts and other accessories. All sizes are welcome, but we especially need small sizes and larger sizes. Items on hangers will be accepted.
