In this workshop, Shannon Ashcroft will walk you through vision casting, goal setting, and habit building exercises to foster physical and mental well-being in 2021. Shannon specializes in making wellness easy and realistic for busy professionals, and comes with a solid understanding of the wellness tips that actually work for working women. Bring your journals, join in on discussion, design a plan that works for you, and get ready for a year of action.

Radiance Yoga & Ashcroft Workplace Wellness

Shannon Ashcroft is a wellness expert and entrepreneur based in Pittsfield, MA. She is the owner of Ashcroft Workplace Wellness and Radiance Yoga, and creator of her signature nutrition and fitness program Fueled + Fit with Shannon.

As a Workplace Wellness Coach, Shannon specializes in making wellness easy and realistic for busy professionals. She works with employers across Massachusetts to design and deliver programs that are focused on building trust, engagement and FUN in the workplace. Her realistic approach to wellness is relatable for employees and she has a way of winning over even the most skeptical participants.

Shannon earned her Master’s degree in Health Promotion & Disease Prevention and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. With 12 years experience as a yoga teacher, fitness trainer and nutrition coach, and expertise in health behavior change, she focuses on setting realistic goals and building healthy habits that work for each unique individual.

She believes in living your life and enjoying what you love (even ice cream!) so don’t worry about crazy food restrictions or workout routines. With Shannon you’ll learn that every small step is a step in the right direction, and consistency is key to achieving your wellness vision in 2021 and beyond.
