The December Membership meeting, will take place on Monday, December 6th at 5:30pm. Guest speaker Gina D'Andrea Weatherup (Bio), Founder, President of Chantilly Meditation and Facilitation, will facilitate an interactive 45 minute program to review tips to help women manage stress and build boundaries for work-life balance. Focus will be on key aspects of Emotional Intelligence, Such as self-awareness and self-regulation. Additionally there will be a focus on tools to manage your emotions and how to set and maintain boundaries at work. In closing, the audience will be asked what they can commit to in order to put some of the knowledge in place in their daily lives. You will not want to miss it! Gina D’Andrea Weatherup, a native of Queens, NY, is on a mission to help leaders build happier workspaces. As a trained mediator, Gina specializes in engaging groups who need to generate buy-in, holding triage sessions with co-leaders in conflict, and helping leaders think about how best to build happiness into their work culture. She is certified in mediation by the Supreme Court of Virginia. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Women’s Studies from The George Washington University, and a Professional Certificate in the Science of Happiness at Work.
