March is our mentorship meeting.  Andrea Harrington, Yuki Cohen, Susanna Sharpe and Celia Clancy will be our panel of women sharing their experiences of mentoring, the mentoring they received throughout their lives, and how they got to where they are today. Bring a young professional or student to hear this panel and to help them on their career path.

Andrea Harrington, Berkshire Co. District Attorney
Andrea Harrington is a veteran attorney who has worked on criminal defense and labor cases. She has a passion for using the law to promote social justice within a variety of contexts including MCAD mediation, unemployment compensation hearings, jury trials, negotiation, appellate advocacy, and community service. She is a graduate of the U. of Washington and holds a law degree from American University, graduating Cum Laude. She worked on overturning death penalty sentences in Florida after graduating law school. She is the first female District Attorney in Berkshire County and ran and won on a platform of reform. She is married to Tim Walsh, has two sons and lives in Richmond.

Yuki Cohen, Owner of Methuselah
Yuki Cohen is the Owner of Methuselah Bar and Lounge, located in Pittsfield, MA. Prior to opening Methuselah in February of 2015, Yuki spent 25 years in the Financial Services Industry, managing assets for high net worth individuals first in New York City and most recently, in the Berkshires. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College and a Masters of Business Administration from New York University Stern School of Business. Yuki also serves as a Board of Director at Jacob’s Pillow, where she is a member of the Community Engagement Committee along with the Financial Committee. Outside of her professional life, Yuki’s greatest “job” is being mom to her very active daughters, Sophie, age 11, and Zoe, age 9. During her spare time, and in order to bring balance to her soul, she enjoys dance, horseback riding, skiing and reading.

Susanna is the co-founder and creative director, leading all things in both graphic design and web development at Mungy Studios. Raised as a third-culture kid, Susanna spent her childhood living all over the world, from New Zealand and the Americas to Europe and the South Pacific islands. While running a lively Irish pub in downtown San Diego, Susanna simultaneously studied graphic design at San Diego Mesa College and web design online at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. When babies came along Susanna left the late nights in the restaurant industry for interrupted nights with babies and freelancing during naps. Today, with her husband and their three children, Solana, Tasman and Byron, she is focused on her newest adventure: Mungy. Throughout her life, Susanna has always been drawn to design and photography, documenting the special moments that arise from the everyday. In quiet moments you can find her behind a lens, doing yoga, baking, painting and crafting with her kids.

Celia Clancy, CEO of Celia Clancy Consultants
Celia Clancy is an inspiring leader with extensive experience in retail and consumer businesses. Her background includes all aspects of business, including strategic planning, merchandising, product development and sourcing, direct consumer marketing, omni-channel retailing and manufacturing. She has led businesses through solid growth and successful turnarounds, as well as asset sales and liquidations.  She has a wide range of experience in public, private, family-owned, private equity and ESOP companies. She has served on the board of The Fitzpatrick Companies, known for the Country Curtains brand and also served on the board of Ashley Stewart, a plus-size specialty retail chain serving the urban, ethnic woman. She serves on two local non-profit boards, Tapestry Health and Central Berkshire Habitat for Humanity. She is currently CEO of Celia Clancy Consultants, where she serves as a director and advisor, with an emphasis on applied customer insights, strategic planning and business process improvement. In addition to CEO roles at The Fitzpatrick Companies and Ashley Stewart, she held prior roles of President, AJ Wright division of TJX, Senior Operations Consultant with Cerberus and Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager at Walmart.   Celia’s educational background includes a BA from Wellesley College and graduate coursework at the Carroll School of Management, Boston College.
