Hannah DeLisle-Stall

Supplier Quality & Development Manager, Collins Aerospace

Bio: Hannah has held a variety of roles in multiple manufacturing industries and specializes in Quality and Continuous Improvement in highly regulated industries. She is currently the Supplier Quality & Development Manager for Collins Aerospace and works with suppliers of aircraft engine components to resolve quality issues, improve their manufacturing processes, and promote a “zero defects” culture. Previously, she was the Quality Systems Manager at Crane Currency. Hannah holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from RPI and an MS in Engineering Mangement from Western New England University. She lives in Pittsfield with her husband, young son and two cats.

Offerings to BBPW Members: I specialize in management system design and application of Lean methodologies to identify waste and improve processes – both on and off the manufacturing floor. If you’re interested in developing a strategy for process improvement, or looking for a way to build a process that makes it easy to meet regulatory or compliance requirements I’d love to help! Additionally, I have a passion for educating young people about careers in STEM and Manufacturing. I welcome any opportunities to share this passion with others, especially as a speaker, coach, or mentor.
