Bio: As a business owner and President of an organization, I am well-versed in finance, strategy, HR, and operations within business. My leadership skills and expertise has facilitated opportunities for me to contribute across a multitude of functions. I am expert in finance and undertook a business that was at the end of its lifecycle from near bankruptcy to a productive and profitable retirement. I also have worked on behalf of my clientele to obtain capital by building a comprehensive cash flow plan, budget, and forecast. In addition, my experience includes the development of compliant SOP’s and the hiring and training of leadership and management teams. I created HR policies, established a benefits plan for a start-up within 3 months for a new and highly regulated industry. In my career, I have had the opportunity to provide expertise and insight that has transcended job titles and functions.
