Bio: Beth Gilbert is the Client Relations Specialist at 18 Degrees, Family Services for Western Massachusetts, providing administrative support. Prior, Beth served multiple non-profit organizations working in various case management positions assisting individuals with substance use and mental health disorders. Additionally, Beth provides Online Wellness Coaching; strongly advocating for mental health warriors to move their body and gain hope. She is a member of Berkshire Business and Professional Women and serves as Co-Chair of Programming. During the warmer months, Beth is an avid Jetski Racer, traveling across New England. You can also find her hiking with her dog Gracie and traveling.
Offerings to BBPW Members: Online Wellness Coach: Mentoring others with their fitness, nutrition and mindset goals. Dog Boarding: Providing belly rubs, exercise, socialization and care while you are away in the comfort of a home setting that doesn’t disrupts your dog’s routine.
